We offer free pickup and return delivery for one or multiple instruments. Simply pack your instrument(s), notify us by online repair form, email or phone and we’ll arrange DHL pickup. You’ll receive a free repair quote within 24 hours.
3 to 5 Days Turnaround
Your instruments are typically repaired and back in your hands within 3 to 5 days after your confirmation. Basic repairs can often be completed within 24 hours of arrival. We stock most spare parts to prevent delays and if a repair or component takes longer than expected, we can provide a replacement instrument when available.
Warranty & Zero Risk
We offer a warranty of 3 to 12 months, depending on the repair type, clearly stated in your quotation. All materials and workmanship are fully guaranteed within the warranty period. No repair without your approval.
